Our Compass pendant serves to remind its wearer to always set and follow their own true north. The opal gem featured at center, full of rainbow color flash, is as unique as the paths we follow in life. Four sparkling diamonds complete this stunning, symbolic pendant.

Our enhancer opens to allow your Compass pendant to connect directly onto large links or over your favorite chain.

Some styles are made to order, and will ship within 6-8 weeks from date of purchase. Upon receipt of your order, we will reach out to confirm your expected delivery date.

Shipping cost is dependent upon the total value of your order + delivery method of choice, and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders valued at $1,000 and over will require a signature at delivery. Mined + Found is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, delivery delays or any other unforeseen circumstance associated with the shipping and delivery of your order. Once your order leaves Mined + Found the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier chosen at checkout.

We welcome you to initiate an exchange or return on or before 10 calendar days from receipt of your purchase.

Extended Holiday returns: Items purchased between November 11, 2024 - December 20th, 2024 are eligible for extended exchange or return privileges. Your request must be submitted on or before January 5, 2025 in order to be eligible. Returns and exchanges must follow the below guidelines.

Please note: Pre-order and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Items purchased from a sale capsule are final and may not be returned. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please contact hello@minedandfound.com to initiate the process and receive a complimentary prepaid return label. Items must be accompanied by their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.

Returns must be tendered to a courier within 5 business days after the creation of your return label. Returns that are not tendered to a courier within this time period will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely. 
Please note, we cannot refund your purchase until it is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

When your package has been received, we will review your return. Upon approval, your refund will be processed & returned to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

Unauthorized returns will be refused. We retain the right to refuse any returned items if we deem them to be not in their original condition.
