We welcome you to initiate an exchange or return on or before 10 calendar days from receipt of your purchase.
Extended Holiday returns: Items purchased between November 11, 2024 - December 20th, 2024 are eligible for extended exchange or return privileges. Your request must be submitted on or before January 5, 2025 in order to be eligible. Returns and exchanges must follow the below guidelines.
Please note: Pre-order and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Items purchased from a sale capsule are final and may not be returned. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact hello@minedandfound.com to initiate the process and receive a complimentary prepaid return label. Items must be accompanied by their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.
Returns must be tendered to a courier within 5 business days after the creation of your return label. Returns that are not tendered to a courier within this time period will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely.
Please note, we cannot refund your purchase until it is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
When your package has been received, we will review your return. Upon approval, your refund will be processed & returned to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. We retain the right to refuse any returned items if we deem them to be not in their original condition.
