SHIPPING

Items in our READY TO SHIP collection are immediately available and will ship within 2-3 business days of order. Made to order styles ship in approximately 4-8 weeks from date of purchase. Upon receipt of your order, we will reach out to confirm your expected delivery date.

To inquire ahead of time about current timing for a specific style, or to request a rush delivery date, we welcome you to Contact us.

Shipping cost is dependent upon the total value of your order + delivery method of choice, and will be calculated at checkout.

Due to the nature of the contents, MINED + FOUND shipments require a signature at delivery. To waive this requirement, please make a note at check-out. Package insurance is valid until delivery. Mined + Found is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, delivery delays or any other unforeseen circumstance associated with the shipping and delivery of your order. 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase, we welcome you to initiate the exchange or return of your in-stock purchase within 10 calendar days of receipt of your purchase.

Please contact hello@minedandfound.com to initiate the process and receive a return shipping label. Items must be accompanied by their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.

When your package has been received, we will review your return. Upon approval, your refund will be processed & returned to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

Returns must be tendered to a courier within 5 business days of receiving your return label. Returns that are not tendered to a courier within this time period will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely. 
Please note, we cannot refund your purchase until it is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Unauthorized returns will be refused. We retain the right to refuse any returned items if we deem them to be not in their original condition. 

Special ordered and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items purchased from a sale capsule are final and may not be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL orders are not eligible for return or exchange at this time. 

IMAGES AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Product images may be subject to change. We take care to photograph and showcase as much detail as possible, however some products may appear larger, smaller, or otherwise different than their actual in-person appearance. Kindly keep in mind that every screen is likely to display color and detail slightly different. Measurements will gladly be supplied upon request!

Mined & Found does not endorse any Third Party Content and can make no guarantee as to its completeness. Mined & Found does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any information contained therein, and undertakes no responsibility to update or review any Third Party Content. Users use these links and Third Party Content contained therein at their own risk.

We do not and will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. The information we collect is used solely to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate with fulfillment operations. From time to time, Mined & Found may directly send sale information, product updates, etc. via email - from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog of products is as complete, accurate and up to date as possible; however, it is not possible to guarantee that ours (or any website!) is completely free of human and/or technological error. We reserve the right to correct said errors or inaccuracies -including after order submission- and to change or update information at any time, without notice. Pricing, product imagery, descriptive information, and other site content are subject to change. Should your order be affected due to last minute product related changes or substitutions, we will contact you prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel, we will be happy to oblige. We will not negotiate the prices of our products.
